The Light Dancer
 (Wearing the Scars of Jesus)

The first of two books is completed. Our publisher, “Covenant Books”, is working on it presently. This novel, set in modern day West Africa, is based upon real stories and people. It will be classified as fiction because it was written in such a way to achieve the writer’s goal of doubling as an enjoyable story and an effective Bible study. There are an excess of 1000  penetrating questions and 17 wisdom principles which can be used effectively for teens and adults in many venues such as a Christian school, a group Bible study, or in personal devotions.

We have discovered wherever we have served, God is faithful

Jere and Ruth Ann served as missionaries in the Cayman Islands, Cuba, and West Africa. Jere has written numerous mission articles and newsletters through the years. In addition, Jere taught math in both Christian and public schools as well as pastoring churches in the USA.

In West Africa they were the administrators of Haven of Hope Orphanage, evangelized the Ewe in the Volta Region, and then planted churches in the wild, unreached north where the harsh winds of the Sahara blow over the Sahel to punish the Muslims and pagans of the area.
